I don't think I actually said they are telling lies...

but given this is a penny stock - the company must surely be treated with caution; perhaps even skepticism.

So for me the case is not closed.

With regard to their Australian deal - I think they could well be stretching the truth. That is, they may have some agreement with unknown conditions attached - that make it just "pie in the sky".

More important is whether CETC is really as claimed - i.e. "government owned with 8000 employees". Chinese companies have a poor reputation (doesn't mean they are all bad) so this raises a red flag for me.
