For what it is worth, I have been checking each day to see if JB's attorney has filed the expected reply to the Court of Appeals which was due on November 5th, yesterday. As of this moment no reply has been posted on the Court's web page. I understand that sometimes the updates to the web page get a few days behind, and sometimes entries are made within a few hours.

I intentionally make no conclusion or inference with this data.
