Sorry, been out all day, and haven't had an opportunity to work on any of this.

The Orange County case was filed AGAINST RENU, for Breach of Contract.

The Seminole Case was filed BY RENU vs a host of defendants, and that case has been modified and is now the Federal RICO case.

Ironically, a counter suit was filed in late October by the majority of defendants in the Seminole case. Lameira/AGES is most notably absent from that plantiff list.

Looks like that suit was filed before the Federal case was filed.

Not sure how to interpret all of this, just putting it out there, right now.
