I think that it has been running all day. I follow daily trading very closely and compare it to each quarter's stated OS count basic AND fully diluted. The fully diluted count cannot be reconciled unless these small integer trades that we frequently see (although not as frequently as today) are indexes of the shares that have been transferred. That index is a million multiplier. If the company was more transparent about this we would not have to guess and sleuth. Because I admit that I am guessing based upon my sleuthing I could be far from the true meaning.
