With 7 wells being drilled and 3 more to start shortly there's a good chance that oil will start flowing and revenue will start coming in??? Maybe they are retiring shares as well! Who knows maybe they are close to landing a huge deal. LBYE is very clean OTC company!?? Anything under .03 is a steal IMHO.
