fyi, email reply from OTCQB re: PINK, new rule.

As part of the new requirements for OTCQB issuers need to have a bid price of at least $0.01 for one of the past 30 days. VSYM failed this requirement 10/14/2014 and was moved to the OTC Pink market place. They would need to meet the requirements for OTCQB and apply if they would like to be included in the marketplace again.
