Techguy...MWWC is run now by SBDG, an entirely different set of folks who do turnarounds and exits. As of my last email from them, I am inclined to think they are still fashioning a new company from the ruins of the previous incarnation. For sure, they have not dropped it and there is, as I understand it, a plant with at least some machinery in it in play here. It could now be a beautiful shell for someone.

If they can extinguish most of the old debt and contractual encumbrances, this could emerge as a shiny new incubator or more for someone.
