Live here in Oregon had everyone in my family vote for measure 91. Back in Aug. 51% was for and 40% was against the measure. Today its 44% for and 46% against the measure. The MMJ community has decided to vote against the measure mainly they want everything to stay the same and they don't want to pay a 5% tax on MMJ. Rec. cannabis gets a 10% tax controlled by the OLCC. I think and I know several growers most want cannabis to be legal, its the collective's and MMJ shops here in Portland which have the greatest amount of patients which have decided only people with MMJ cards really need cannabis and we don't want to pay a 5% tax. Granted Oregon has some of the cheapest prices in the nation for grade A1 KGB a 5% tax would hardly hurt prices. $150 for any strain. Never thought I'd see a day where cops want it legal and the MMJ people don't??????????
