Have you been keeping up with L2 and VNDM this month?

There were a couple of bombs dropped this month. I would say I saw 100mil T-Trade couple days ago, 70mil T-Trade today. The rest of the days were little millions here and there. Maybe added up to another 30mil (I remember a 15mil, 9mil, then little millions). Another 200mil could have dropped already. So taking the only number I can guess with, using .0002 as the conversion rate (due to VNDM only sitting at .0002 and not .0001), there could maybe be 40,000 of it converted already.

Regardless of speculating numbers, one thing all points to the same direction. That is, the old conversions are almost completed.

I used the cash flow statement that around $57,000 left to convert. $216,000 - 159,000 = $57,000.

If $40,000 were converted, that would leave $17,000 left to convert. $17,000/.0002 conversion = 85mil shares left to convert.
All estimates, guess, etc.




So in the past, I thought restricted shares were getting sold, but that wasn't the case. I didn't have enough proof to confirm, a shot in the dark for me and I learned from it.

I also thought it was short manipulation. We do have shorts chilling at the 3s via OTCShortReport. The shorts on 3s are in danger of having to cover at 4. This is because 85mil shares can't even take out the bid. Assuming worst case scenario and double the shares needed to be dropped (170mil), it would still struggle to fill the entire bid AND cover all short shares at 2. Some shorts will win, others will lose. Thinking of trying to get in at 1? Don't even think about it.

I am much happier with this theory because I have all the numbers that directly came from the financial reports, short report, etc to come up with a sound theory.

So I believe we are close. I would love to hear other ideas with links and proof. We are almost finished!!
