Can somebody please explain to me how this over valued company, with its lying, diluting CEO. With its toxic financing it's misleading fins, without being registered properly and what ever else you want to throw at it. Oh yeah don't forget that bloated SS! With all that it still is trading over .03. Could the truth be that it's not over valued?
