That is the hard truth. So many people here predicted exactly what would happen with these convertible notes. Why? Because they've seen it happen a hundred times or more before. Trying to blame it on a couple failed raises is ludicrous. I expect that my suspicions are accurate and there was no intent to commercially mine Ruby this season. Why? Because I've seen this show a hundred or more times before.
