Zomby, IMO keep this in mind. IDCC claims they have essential patents for 3-G and that claim goes back to 2006.

Olddog is probably correct the patents in court are current but IDCC wants to license their whole portfolio and should that happen any and all companies would owe.

I think it's fair to assume you bring your strongest patent to court and let the cards fall where they may and demand to license all of your essential patents.

So IMO Nokia Now MSFT owes us from 2006 or 8 years +.
