Emailed Rich today and I asked him about the 14 day wait on merger confirmation. He told me that the merger should close on or before November 14. Although he does seem optimistic that it will close sooner than November 14 due to the only hold up being the slowness of the mail system. Nevertheless I am excited about the revenue projections that were posted today!
