A divi play?


Here's how REVO will offer a dividend.

1.) it'll be a share dividend...NOT A CASH DIVIDEND (they have no cash...MRQ shows no cash...no settlement from suits so still no cash)

2.) they'll announce a share dividend with a proposal to increase the A/S

3.) they'll increase the a/s telling investors that they need more shares for future growth, acquisitions, and to increase shareholder value.

And then one day... They'll stop reporting to the SEC...
