PAK AFRICA owns 62% of Global.

Global reports fuel stream services various uplifts.

Late 2013:

1 Time Airline is now aiming to resume operations in March next year using a fleet of A320-200s. In an interview with South Africa’s BusinessDay, the Managing Director of PAK Africa, Tabassum Qadir, said her firm hopes to finalize the acquisition of 1time’s brand and Johannesburg Stock Exchange listing by February at the latest. PAK recently bought a 62% stake in Global Airways, part of Global Aviation Oprations (QG,Johannesburg
O.R.Tambo ), which already operates charter flights and is in possession of an air operator’s certificate. Global has also reportedly acquired four A320-200s with a further two expected in February and in March next year. Should operations launch as expected next year, services would include Johannesburg O.R.Tambo, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban King Shak. 1 Time Zimbawe (Harare Int’l ) will also come online at some stage in the future, Ms Qadir said.

do those 320's sound familiar?

lets also remember Air Zimbabwe has been working with Global for some time:

Tabassum Qadir from PAK africa says:
“I have a passion for aviation because it’s the best way to connect Africa. Also we come from a trading background so as traders it’ll be easier for us to manage the airline,” exclaimed Qadir.
CNBC says:
According to reports, Pak Africa is made up of a group of high net worth individuals from Pakistan as well as other Middle Eastern countries that invest in various projects across Africa.

SkyWise (SW, Johannesburg O.R. Tambo) is in the process of being acquired by PAK Africa Aviation, the Dubai/Pakistani-backed firm that acquired a 62% stake in Global Aviation Operations (QG, Johannesburg O.R. Tambo) subsidiary, Global Airways, earlier this year.

PAK Africa Managing Director, Tabassum Qadir, told BusinessDay earlier this week that the purchase was part of her firm's greater strategy of acquiring stakes in aviation-related companies which includes 1time Holdings, the holding firm for defunct LCC 1time airline (T6, Johannesburg O.R. Tambo).

"We are not only focused on the low-cost carrier market; we want to acquire aviation-related companies in SA," Qadir said. "Our main aim is to go regional after domestic."

SkyWise had its Air Services Licence (ASL) cancelled in April by local regulators after it failed to launch scheduled services within a year of its first issuance. The planned budget carrier had hoped to offer multiple daily Cape Town to Johannesburg O.R. Tambo flights using a fleet of B737-300s.

Qadir said that despite the acquisition, SkyWise management, which includes former 1time CEO Rodney James, Glenn Orsmond, Michael Kaminski, Johan Borstlap and Wayne Duvenage, would remain in place and would guide the start-up through certification.

PAK has alluded to ambitious plans for its portfolio of airlines. Last year, it reportedly entered into a 49/51 joint venture with Zimbabwe's Central Air Transport Services (ZO, Harare Int'l) with the longterm goal of establishing 1time Zimbabwe (Harare Int'l), a planned partner to its proposed South African budget operations.
