More likely the people you need to support you flippers will look at this and say ahhh not yet. Like the last three or so attempts to run. This news is very week if looked at carefully.
Stronger news and this runs and holds. But this volume does not look like the type to blow this off the bottom here. We had a couple +100 million days last time and it could not move. Looks like a repeat of that. Probably get a flurry for couple of days then fade. Unless they have other imminent news of significance. This is all from a near term perspective.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
