Obviously the current BID/ASK shows a lot of support for the 0.0003 on BID and a lot of offers to sell for the 0.0004 ASK... swing traders are abundant now. The apparent ASK quantity is less than the actual at 0.0004; top (first) MM on the ASK is replacing those shares bought with more offered rather than lose position; so, you need to take them all plus a few in order to move to the next MM.

So, only a change in the fear/greed barometer is going to cause any price movement outside of the 0.0003-0.0004 range near term IMO.
