If I was CEPSA who is under represented in Africa, once the potential of ERHE's holdings is better defined I'd buy out the whole enterprise get the assets and have ERHE mgt act as my front people in adding acreage. Been my opinion for a long time.

And I think we are getting closer to that by the day especially if you add in that Offor may need to put money in his other enterprises.
