The Yahoo Guy (mR d) you are wrong because judges do move from district court to the Supreme Court. It is a fact my friend. Even if PTSC/TPL prevail on the appeal the license rate has been set by the jury and it is tiny. Moore has stated that he just wants to bang out settlements at this point and they will be in the 100-300k range at most. This will benefit him and TPL and the lawyers but the settlements will never be large enough to move the PTSC share price up because they have over 400 million shares outstanding. This was even stated by the GreenArrays President who works with Moore, Greg Bailey.
