I am familiar with your argument. I have read it for months. Back in late 2013 and early 2014, some of those arguments actually carried more weight with me and sounded more convincing.

In recent months? In my personal opinion the arguments against IFUS continue to get less convincing and become less persuasive. The arguments against IFUS seem to be developing holes and major gaps in the logic. It is why I started buying shares in the summer.

The reality is that although some have decided to almost singularly focus all their criticisms on MW and those who have supported him, my research over the months has turned up serious, serious questions for me about the past track records of those aligned against him.

I don't know MW personally so I am not going to sit here and bang the drum for him as the greatest man who has ever lived. But I am also not going to attack him unfairly. And I am definitely not going to join you in pretending that the track records of those attacking him...which range from pretty terrible at worst to very questionable at best...don't exist.

I don't claim to be the brightest light bulb in the room but I haven't burned out entirely yet either. I know a likely con job when I see one and I am pretty sure that a con job was attempted against MW and IFUS.

So what does that mean? I don't know.

The only thing that matters is what proof IFUS has versus the proof the other side has and how the courts decide after reviewing all the information. If I was entirely confident in that outcome I would own 10x the shares I currently hold.
