Going of conference call Pickett is dependent on obtaining pa contracts in California as az seems to be covered. He mentioned he was first leaning into this dod option first... must see some potential there. Also mentioned should have idea where dod sits on power I'm not getting my hopes up dod changes it's mind radically sometimes. Post any or no deals dod initiative move on utility cos
