I don't believe that most people underestimate the technical involved in obtaining a license of this sort. It is very technical. There are other issues involved IMo one Being bill himself and his boisterous attitude and actually doing just the opposite of what he claims to under promise and over deliver. He claims huge things and has either not delivered or fallen short. Also Mr. transparent is only transparent when it serves Bill. IE the constant deletion of any serious question asked. People just don't like to do business with this attitude. Claiming to be the World's largest when he has never the I can find verification of started and successfully grown a business. His time frame claims of what he would do are so far off the wall. these are my opinions. FITX is still dealing with the town and zoning and water and electricity. they are not near a grow operation. Which is it glass pod as is stated in this suspect document or the rack system from Texas?

Lastly about this document. The reference to the deficiencies being corrected was made know in the first version of this document. that is not new news. the only thing is that the name of the camera company is included but not the name of inspectors or who the 1. in charge of FITX is. If this is an accessible public document they would be included. So what is this document? again this exact document was leaked when the share price was falling and is now "leaked' brought out again as the PPS continues it's downward focus. this gives us no new info nor does it give any more validity of FITX ever getting a license.

It is another attempt by Bill to put something out to keep the PPS from falling further and try and increase retail interest. To penny dumpers volume is a very important factor. here the volume of FITX is dismal to historic comparisons
