These are the first two deals in the company's existence. Even if it wasn't a start-up, I would expect secrecy until all agreements were finalized and even after that regarding the technology. It's because it is a start-up without a proven track record that allows people to cast doubt on almost everything they do. In a year, if they say, "We have an agreement with Apple but can't release details," no one will gripe and the stock will go up. Why? Because they will have become a proven company with proven technology . . . if what they are saying is true. For these possibilities with a penny stock, I will run the risk, and I will buy and enjoy the ride.
