Why somebody willing to dump $20k a day? Because it only cost them $1k to bring it back up.
If one buys at 12.50 and later see a "paper" gain because close is $13-$14 they are likely to continue to do so.
Reality is somebody is dumping $20k a day minimum and every retail investor feels great about it.
I'd be asking why he dump? Is it a pass? Or is it a sell?
Is buyer dumb? Or is it simply a liquidity long term issue? (Sell $5m in stock over a long time by dumping $20k at a time; maybe they want a $20pp avg = a high $25pps range)
I assure you that dumping is happening; beyond that I do not know as I don't watch close enough.
