~SANP~R/S doesn't need to be cancelled... I actually would rather have this stock at 04 then at 0001/2. There is a far larger pool of buyers in the .05 area then there is at 0001. Very low trips are too risky for many people, you are either losing it all or doubling and most people are not comfortable buying 0001 stocks. There will be far more people interested in owning a stock, that is selling it's net smelter rights for $2,000,000 but only has market valuation of only $70-80,000, at .04 then .0001.
Even if they were to dump another 200-300M shares at 0001 before the R/S, which isn't likely at all. We would still only have roughly 1B O/S. That is only a $100,000 valuation at 0001 in the worst case dilution scenario which means this stock is incredibly cheap. They may be waiting to get the stock at a comfortable price for investors to buy before they mention any news about the new property or the sale of the rights to their old property. That is what FCG* did and they ran from .01 to .40 after their R/S.
If they were really trying to screw everyone they would have made it .50 or $1 post R/S, not .04.
If the faucets shut off momentarily after the R/S and they hit the stock with the right news then SANP could see a 20x bagger or more similar to the stock I mentioned above. I say that because of the value of the smelter sale and the speculation about the value of the new property.
