Thanks as you answered the basic question I was asking, along with others that were more down the road. The answer given was that they need to have two K's audited...that is two annuals, and not eight quarters. So, we do have to wait many more months for that to happen. No reason to look at the other requirements at this point as the goal line is still too far away.
