Good trading opportunity today. 66% up at a certain moment.Many of these possible in the near future imo. After NBRI would sell a property or two it will go up so these huge swings less probable. Then if Fraser gets approved huge jump in sp. Then the announcement of financing and the start of Ruby. Up again. Then the raise would get into paystreaks at the South Terrace which is only 60 ft away. Up again. Imo.

Exviting times ahead.
