A lot of things in MNGG PR's were supposed to happen, but for most of it, there is little proof they did.

Like processing of tailings. Not a shred of evidence to show that Joel Nefario has processed a shovelful of tailings. Which means the gold came from elsewhere. I challenge him or anybody to show evidence that tailings were processed and that gold was produced.

2000 tons of reworked tailings should be easy to document. Where did it go - was it dumped in Aguila, or did it get trucked back to Congress? If ADEQ found no evidence of it in Congress, I guess that means Joel has explaining to do.
