Not sure if ATM was in use but I just think every million shares that falls in the hands of friends are 1M shares not in the hands of those that have a big percentage of those 97 Million shares. Its obvious after Black Monday someone expected Peregrine to fold it in and folding is the last thing they will look to do. There must be a new partner that is looking gor some cheap shares.

I hope they raise $50 million more tomorrow after hours
