Well, If penny stock traders can't comprehend what a company press release is saying, who's fault is that?

Conveniently deceptive, you know dam well most shareholders assumed that to mean No Dilution )-: period!

The company said no dilution for financing purposes! They did not say "no dilution"!

Notes must be paid. Penny stock companies make those payments with shares.
