Who cares about the damn phone call. You are all missing the point.
The simple fact is Mark spent time and money, getting an MM, Attorney, Auditor, based on his phone call with FINRA.
Common sense dictates that Mark is telling the truth.
2nd. The Form 10 has been filed. Now it's up to FINRA to do there job and re-instate MIKP. This will happen within 58 days. Who knows, maybe next week.

PS: MIKP will become the most visible Pink-sheet stock on the OTC Market...That's a fact.
