That's funny.What decision? All I've seen was a proposed order Doc.#109 which is not signed by Oing as far as I can see/read and that's was uploaded over 3 weeks ago.

I think they discussed this durning a status conference.Most likley Oing said file it and said I will issue the order however imho the rockstar defense uploaded the dollar amount/financial numbers again which is in direct violation of the standing order Doc.#46.

The defense sought the order and it was granted per Doc.#46.Now defense EXHIBIT 7 and Doc.#109 summary (3) which is 2 million plus interest imho from 5/12 is in direct violation of the standing order.

No freaking dollar amounts/financial numbers were to be efiled so the public at large could see/read per court order Doc.#46.

Intellect its sharesholder spent alot of funds to dispute this motion that was granted and has follwed the order of the court but these pucking rockstars violated Oings order twice.

If there was a order that superseded the courts prior order Doc#46 decision pages 24,25 & 26 it would have been uploaded on efile long ago.

IMHO sanctions should be issued against the defense and Intellect should recover damages for the expense incurred.

Number 4 applies imho.
