Not sure if anyone noticed this from Money TV. When Margrit first announced the cancellation of the Brazil shipment she claimed it was because of increased domestic demand. There was no mention of paperwork difficulties, tax stamps or anything else. Three days later it's tax stamps. Did they realize the supply and demand hooey probably wouldn't hold water given the addition of 12 regional locations in one state? Was it the fact that she had said its on its way a month prior and it wasn't and needed an excuse for the busted deal if there even was one? Was it they realized they hyped a $100 million deal that they were apparently scrapping for a 12 store domestic deal which makes no sense? Looks like they pretty much got caught in their own bullshit, realized it and had to fortify the excuse for not delivering on Brazil.
