No IM, I am not kidding. Back in Aug OTCMarkets did not show Lvl 2. If you look at other stocks that don't show lvl 2, it says click here to find out how, then references companies paying for it OTCMarkets makes money by being paid by companies on the OTC. In Aug I contacted ONCS and suggested they get a membership, 6 weeks later Lvl 2 is being displayed.
