It was a bit more than just "centers of excellence." He did mention stronger than steel and lighter, and new tech, etc...
If it was simply the centers of excellence correlation then I would agree it's just a coincidence. Maybe it is just a coincidence, but I think it's worth keeping an eye on. There is enough there that I will be watching what happens. I'm not completely convinced it's anything more than a coincidence, but I'm just as uncertain that it isn't either.

If the Govt. and the DOD are in direct support of LQMT that is probably the biggest news (speculation) to date. Even greater than their partnership with apple.

Even if it is purely speculation I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a small temporary jump in pps. I'll be keeping my eyes on this.
