He'll never tell you, he is just spreading FUD, so ignore this guy. They changed what constitutes a quorum from 50% to 40%, which they've done before. Big deal. There are foreign investors that don't vote and the stock is also manipulated by small predatory hedge fund (or funds), which owns stock. They are weakening however. Just look at IBIO for the pump and dumps (including fake law suits) that they like to run. They are criminals.
