By your comparative thought train Ductal endoscopy (mammoview) is to endoscopy what a colonoscopy is to a cardiac cath and stent placement.... so while it is all endoscopy and Solos has many products for same, I believe your simplistic over generalization is significantly misleading regarding this particular product in their line.
