Agreed. In investing I do try to leave my personal emotions out of the process.

AF is by large sceptical of small iffy biotechs popular with the petty retailers as they think those as their lottery ticket(s) to a life of early leisure in the Caribbean somewhere. And so understandably, he is much hated by them but not me.

As I have said before I do read him fairly regularly and I don't have any issue with his negativity toward MY STOCKS in general.

He is good at digging dirt that I may have missed. I do however have serious issues with his baseless innuendos and those almost always come from some "hedgies friend" somewhere.

After running across these groundless accusations a few time over the yrs, I can't help but think if he is not indeed in cahoot with some small time hedge funds trying to rush the herd and benefit from their put options bought in advance.

Also I don't have any issue with Cramer. I started reading back in 97-98 when he was still writing for thestreet.com website.

I learned a lot from him and indeed I like him enough to have read all his books from which I have learned a few things about the dark side of WS.

His antics on CNBC is for show only. That he still does have job and that people still phone in to ask him "investing" advice on TV , say a lot more about how ignorant and stupid people are than how terrible his records have been over the yrs.

It is as if nobody keeps track of any historical record of any kind. Then, how do you know if a process or a guru is good, bad or lucky or both ?
