Lol, I've been 'educating' *some* about those delays and how they
constantly rely on their 'real time paid for L II feed' time stamps
to note when MM's are tagged for trades. Can't be done reliably without
the feed....

There were even screen captures showing different time stamps from
different sources for the same transaction to prove it and it was
poo-poo'd. <snicker>
