why are you asking me ???
call ir dept. - i'm sure they'll have a better answer than i would...

btw, i think when is a better question than where ... sooner than later, the money will show up ... imo, sooner

bottomline, if you believe they have tens of billions, then eventually, they'll have little problem raising the money ... imo, just a matter of making the best deal ... and i doubt they're looking for only one million at this point ... wouldn't it be nice if they raised more ... so they would not have to go begging the next time they need money
