You are correct that I would not buy a house that did not have a professional inspection, as I would not take the advise of an un-vetted poster on a message board. Therefore, I will go with my gut on speculating in Bayport, as I have been correct more than incorrect over the past number of years. TIME WILL TELL!!!!
