It is as I stated, the father, James Batsmanian, not the son, Jim, that owned shares in Media Graph, Inc. prior to the merger with ADTM

Before making any further accusations you may want to give Mr. Brodeur a call and find out for sure which Jim Batsmanian, father or son, was a former OneScreen shareholder, is now an ADTM shareholder and currently one of his "buddies".
