Note that insiders have directly purchased One Thousand Dollars of shares in the past few years. Somebody probably told Newmin to do it.

I will have to read it again but i don't think there is anything related to stock based compensation, but unexercised options that had to be accounted for.

MCET has nothing of value, except pumpers, who really do work hard.
