am glad you pointed out your concerns but I seem suspicious that you never mention the positives which are far greater and more abundant.

The truth is it was a great press release. VSPC has never shown their cards completely so I am not surprised by no dollar figures being mentioned. They obviously met the $200,000 licensing condition which is a good sign but oold news.
Chang got China when the companies fell aparft so I am thinking they will work together in SoutheastAsia where there are huge bioenergy projects in the works. Chang has not done too much with his VGE though it did make money. I would guess he is trying to make his art work business grow to get some capitol back.
How do you knopw Maricopa is or was a scam?
I am less surprised by companies who fall behind on project dates than those which are on time. Things happen! A completion date is a guess and "not written in stone."
Reiterations are for the benefit of new investors who do not know what is going on and there is a great deal going on and from the PR there is more soon to be revealed.
The mesquite lake project is not VSPC's project. They are only supply the energy grass for it which as we know does not take long to grow.
