Derek? Um....if any of you remember wayyyyy back....He wanted nothing to do with this as being known as an officer - I had e-mailed him and got a threatening letter back from his Attny! ROTF...Too funny.....aT THAT TIME, THEY HAD ERASED HIS NAME....butttttt...on a good note, I went to the OTC - and BAM!! There he was - so they did not have a leg to stand on...and certainly had no explanation as to WHY he was listed with the SEC as an officer??? UMMMM

So, he's gone - Claimed he never was an officer despite him being listed as one on the OTC market -

Who cares - He was the site set up from what understand - Pictures look good - that's about it...
