Background*

Mr. Henry D. Fahman has been the Chairman of the Board and President of PHI Group, Inc. since January 14, 2000 and serves its Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fahman has been the President of Providential Holdings Inc., since January 14, 2000 and its Chairman of the Board since January 2000 and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer and acting Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fahman also serves as the Interim President and Chairman of the Board of Catalyst Resource Group Inc. (also known as Jeantex Group, Inc.) since March 31, 2005 and also serves as its Interim Secretary, Interim Treasurer, and Interim Financial Officer. He serves as the President of Providential Foundation Inc. Mr. Fahman has more than 20 years of experience in general management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, investment banking, and investment advisory services. He served as the President and Chairman of the Board of Providential Securities Inc. from its inception in October 1992 to October 2000. He served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer, Interim Corporate Secretary, and Interim Treasurer of Lexor Holdings Inc. since March 31, 2005 and served as its Chairman, Interim President and Interim Chief Financial Officer. He also served as an investment advisor and investment banker with AG Edwards and Livingston Securities. Mr. Fahman served as a Resettlement Coordinator for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Since 1996, he has been involved working with government and private sectors in Vietnam, exploring dynamic opportunities in the growing sectors of Vietnam in recent years. According to Vietnam Investment Review, his recent track record has been seen with the central provincial government authorization for a master plan development for a new tourist destination in Vietnam coastal central region near Hoi An which could become the largest in the Asia Pacific region. As the pioneer in taking the very first Vietnamese companies public in the US capital markets, he has good track record in executing growth strategies for his clients to substantially increase shareholders’ values with timely exits and high returns on investments. Mr. Fahman serves as a Director at Providential Capital Management Limited. He also serves as a Director at IndoChina Mining Corp., a subsidiary of Providential Holdings, Inc. He served as a Director of Western Silver Lead Corp. (formerly Lexor Holdings Inc.) since September 2003 and serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Union College of California which is a non-profit organization. Mr. Fahman holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, with emphasis in Finance and Economic Analysis and Policy. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program, Harvard University and attended other Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University.
