I see. If I were one of those dirt cheap shares (0.25 ~ 0.55) buyers I would slap out those tiny shares at the ask $1 (which only costs $500 ~ $600) to ignite the bounce so that MCII can quickly and easily surge back to the multiple dollars area again since no any dilution sale at all after the R/S and the fixed SS is the same as the one before R/S! Otherwise the bid will get lower and lower until the price hits the new unbreakable bottom 0.01...
