Longgun: have appreciated your common-sensical posts re mexus, one of the crazier situations i (and many others, i think) have been involved in. have been a shareholder for a number of years now...and a fairly close follower of the related info flow, for better or worse.

my thoughts, fwiw: IF the sta elena property contains anything close to what the company claims AND the company's claims on the property are in order, i think a jv with a large local partner (who shall remain nameless for now!) is a very plausible scenario....huge synergies/advantages for all concerned. obviously those "if"s above are key...

following closely to see what comes back re assays...and awaiting the partner's 4-week due diligence results...

meanwhile....do you have any sense at all re actually collecting the $4M from Silver Pursuit for the Trinidad? Obviously that's important as a plan B, but I have no clarity what FP's current intentions or capabilities are. my sense is there is some kind of close relationship between FP and Atzek, that we weren't told everything.... any thoughts you can share about this?
