The proposed share buy-back makes no sense.

Think about it:

IF REVO wins $billions in law suits, as some are predicting, the share price will exceed the proposed buy-back price, and there'll be no sellers.

IF REVO doesn't win law suits or get sub-licenses the share price will not reach the proposed buy-back price, and there'll be no buyers.
