That's true welloff,
Company officials can make a pr or blog and let the smart traders do their thing.
They are able sometimes with small cap companies to keep slapping the ask so called and get others to aid until desired pump, then dump.
We have seen it already with Encapsol run and a couple of times since then, sheesh, right?
And just maybe this time with the theme of petrozene?
Time will tell?
